DeLeon HEALTHCARE FOR THE HOMELESS CLINIC Primary and preventive health clinic services provided by the Solano County Department of Health & Social Services (SCDHSS) toward the goal of 100% health care access for homeless individuals and families. Thurs 8:30 – 12:00 Noon SCDHSS HEALTH FOR SUCCESS CLINIC Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine (TUCOM) pre-clinical students provide health screening, referral, and coordination of care services for GCS clients. A TUCOM on-site clinician works closely with our case managers for referrals and coordination of care. Tue 3:00-5:00PM Dr. Foy/ Touro Students HEALTH AND WELLNESS EDUCATION Health Education classes facilitated by Touro University MPH/MPA faculty or students. Clients learn various health risks and diseases and ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
